Wednesday: by prior arrangement only

Appointments outside these times may be available by request.

Initial chat: FREE

Terms & Conditions
Late Appointments
In order to ensure that you receive a safe and effective treatment we are unable to treat you if you arrive over 15 minutes into your allotted appointment time.
Late Cancellation / Missed Appointments
We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of a change to your appointment, whether it is to reschedule or to cancel your appointment.
This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else in need of one.
We now require debit/credit card details to book in for your initial consultation. This is due to a number of people not showing up which is frustrating when we have a waiting list for people who could have used this appointment. No charges will be taken prior to your appointment, just the card details. Charges will only be applied if you do not give us the notice required in the cancellation policy below.
More than 24 hours notice = no charge
Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of fees
No notice = 100% of fees
(Receptionist/Clinician discretion will be used on all of the above matters e.g. genuine reasons will not be charged).
